The Gift Received by IH Plastic Surgery, Coming Alive Again

This is IH Plastic Surgery, bringing happiness.

Throughout July, the weather remained humid because of the monsoon season.

On days like these, honestly, you don’t feel like doing anything. Even so, we had many patients come to our clinic, and we are doing our best for each and every one of them so we can achieve good outcomes with renewed energy.

We feel proud that our patients seem to sense these efforts of ours as well.

Many people contact our clinic directly from overseas to make reservations. Every time we hear from patients abroad, we think that we are gaining global popularity, and at the same time, we feel the weight of representing Korea’s plastic surgery industry.

They brought chocolate and a pen as a gift, something that lets us immediately know where they came from.

We are already grateful that they came to our clinic, and when we feel the sincerity behind preparing a gift from so far away, it makes us resolve to work even harder.

This year’s monsoon season seemed especially difficult, with rain coming and going and the humid weather continuing.

Was it a celebratory drink for a successful result? More often than expected, people sometimes give gifts such as wine or liquor.

When we receive gifts like this, it seems to remind us to treat patients with sincerity and to keep studying and working hard to find ways to provide better service.

Since a plastic surgery clinic is not somewhere people visit on a regular basis, we do not receive gifts very often.

Still, the number one gift from patients who take the time to bring something for our staff is probably coffee.

Whether it is at the start of the day or during a sleepy afternoon, it helps us stay focused and wake up, so we always appreciate it and enjoy it.

When you get busy through the day, there comes a time when you feel hungry.

At times like that, we are so grateful for patients who thoughtfully bring a variety of delicious bakery items. They fill our stomachs, give us energy, and help us stay focused on our work.

The reason we can feel our patients’ love is probably because of the high satisfaction with our care.
