In some cases, a double eyelid line forms differently from what was expected, or the shape changes over time. I heard that double-line correction is extremely difficult and very expensive,

The reason is that raising a double eyelid is relatively easy.

But lowering it is difficult.

Force vectors are received well upward! But making the vector go back down to a lower position goes against nature, so it is bound to be difficult.

Double-line correction is on a completely different level from simply lowering a high eyelid line without adhesion. The adhesions on the upper side must be released and then reattached lower down, so the process of releasing all those adhesions is necessary, and because the vector has to be lowered, the difficulty level is quite high. Therefore, it is naturally difficult for most beginners to approach.

so who is it good for?

The eye has a set amount of skin from the margin to the underside of the eyebrow. The skin thickness is also fixed, and the amount of skin is also limited.

It seems to refer to a case where the fold does not form along the newly incised line and instead folds again along the line above it. Such cases can occur from time to time.

So, it is important to create adhesions properly so that the fold forms along the lower line, and I can say that this is technically very difficult.

As a way to prevent this problem, fat grafting is used.

When there is insufficient tissue volume, the area folds as if wrinkles are forming. Fat grafting may be performed to prevent this phenomenon.
