Doctor's Note

Hello! I am Baek In-soo, the board-certified plastic surgeon and representative director of Garnet Plastic Surgery.
Today’s case is that of a female patient in her 20s who visited us because of concerns about forehead wrinkles and an angular forehead shape.

Preoperative diagnosis

Her eyebrows were generally lowered, especially in the center, which made her look strong.
Because she had a habit of opening her eyes using her forehead, she had pronounced forehead wrinkles, and her square, angular forehead gave her a more masculine impression.
Surgical process

The PentaFix forehead lift is performed using an endoscope, like a general forehead lift, but when the inner part of the eyebrows has dropped, particular care is taken with central dissection and fixation to correct the eyebrow shape.
In addition, unlike traditional forehead lifts that use the same fixation method for all patients, it has the advantage of allowing fixation to focus on the areas that need to be pulled more.

In addition to two Endotine fixations, the PentaFix forehead lift uses a combination of the bone tunneling fixation method and the fascial fixation method to improve fixation strength, which can help change the eyebrows into a softer shape.
Postoperative progress

The inner part of the eyebrows was lifted, creating a parallel eyebrow shape and softening the strong impression.
The square forehead changed into a more feminine, rounded shape.
She also said that the habit of opening her eyes with her forehead was improved, the forehead wrinkles disappeared, and it became much more comfortable to open her eyes.
Wrapping up..

Today, we looked at the PentaFix forehead lift for people with drooping eyebrows,
especially those whose inner eyebrows are lowered and who have a fierce-looking impression.
I hope this will be helpful for those with similar concerns.
Thank you^^
