If You Want Non-Incisional Double Eyelid Surgery and Eye-Shape Correction for Natural Inner Double Eyelids

When consulting with male patients about eye surgery, I often hear concerns that are somewhat different from those of women.

"I would feel uncomfortable if the double eyelids were too prominent or large."

"I would prefer it not to be obvious that I had surgery."

In fact, men in their 20s and 30s are much more likely to want improved eye-opening function and natural inner double eyelids that are close to monolids than prominently defined double eyelids.

Since there is no incision, relatively little tissue damage occurs, and the procedure offers the major advantages of less swelling and bruising and a faster recovery.

• If Your Eye-Opening Strength Is Weak, Consider Non-Incisional Eye-Shape Correction as Well -

Simply creating double eyelids does not always produce the desired result.

If you have mild ptosis with weak eye-opening strength, eye-opening function can be improved by performing non-incisional eye-shape correction at the same time, pulling and fixing (tucking) Müller's muscle from the conjunctival side.

When eye-opening strength improves, more of the dark part of the eye can be revealed naturally, and an appearance that previously looked sleepy or tired can become noticeably more defined.

Double eyelid surgery and eye-shape correction were performed using a non-incisional method along with medial canthoplasty. Bruising and swelling were not severe, and it was possible to return to daily activities relatively quickly.

Of course, results vary from person to person, but one advantage of non-incisional surgery is that it can reduce the burden of the recovery process.

Comparing the photographs taken before surgery and five months afterward, the most significant change is the strength of eye opening.

After surgery, improved eye-opening strength allowed more of the dark part of the eye to be revealed naturally, making the overall eye shape noticeably more defined.

As a result, the masculine image was preserved while the previously tired-looking appearance was improved, creating a more natural and defined eye shape.
