Hello, this is Dana Plastic Surgery 😊
Today, we’ll talk about why beard hair removal should not be done.

The content we’re going to share today is something I really want to pass along to many men, including men with hair loss.

Even if beard maintenance is bothersome for men,
I do not recommend completely removing beard hair.
For those who have hair loss, you absolutely should not do it,
and even if you do not currently have hair loss, it is better not to get beard hair removal
in order to prepare for the possibility of future complete hair loss.

This is because it is far better to tolerate the inconvenience of shaving than to feel the discomfort or inferiority that comes from having already developed hair loss and not having enough hair to transplant.

In general, the amount of hair that can be harvested for life from the back of the head is
as few as 4,000 grafts and as many as 10,000 grafts.
However, for men whose hair loss has progressed significantly overall,
even if all of those grafts are used to the fullest, it is still difficult to cover everything.

In particular, East Asian people (Koreans) naturally have less hair in the back of the head than Westerners.
That is why, for men who have a lot of beard hair,
beard hair and scalp micropigmentation can be very good complementary options.

Not only are there many cases, but the number of grafts transplanted is also very large.
In addition, beard hair can be removed to help cover scars from the incision site.
However, if you remove your own hair, which cannot be bought back even with money, through beard hair removal,
you may regret it later when you do not have enough hair.

So if you are a man,
I would strongly recommend not getting beard hair removal if possible,
and if you have hair loss, you absolutely should not do it.
Today, we took some time to talk about why beard hair removal should not be done.
If you have hair loss, you should especially not get hair removal,
and even if you do not have hair loss but are considering beard hair removal, it is better not to do it
in order to prepare for hair loss that may occur in the future.
