Hello, this is Dana Plastic Surgery.
Today, I will explain the things you should check before getting scalp micropigmentation.

First, what is scalp micropigmentation?
Scalp micropigmentation is a medical procedure in which permanent pigment ink is
injected into the skin, so
appropriate indications, an accurate medical diagnosis, and prevention and treatment of additional hair loss
are important.

That is why the experience and know-how of an experienced medical team are really important.

When people think of scalp micropigmentation, they usually think of micropigmentation for a bald scalp.
However, it is not limited to bald areas;
it can be especially effective in areas where hair density has decreased.

The most important indication for scalp micropigmentation is whether the scalp is ‘visible.’
The causes of visible scalp are reduced hair thickness and reduced hair density.

As hair loss progresses, the hair becomes thinner
and the scalp becomes more visible.
In addition, the scalp can become visible as density decreases due to various causes,
and one of the best ways to address this
is scalp micropigmentation 😊

First, visit a clinic to receive a diagnosis of the cause of the visible scalp,
and if you are a candidate for scalp micropigmentation, set the necessary treatment area, establish a treatment plan,
and then proceed with the procedure.
