Hello, this is Lifton Dermatology Clinic.
I’d like to talk about several procedures that are often used for horizontal and vertical neck wrinkles.
First is hyaluronic acid filler.

In general, it is injected with a needle below the wrinkle.
However, if there is severe fibrosis and adhesion under the wrinkled skin, the procedure is performed using a cannula to release the adhered area while treating it.

If the neck skin has good elasticity and the sagging is not severe, neck wrinkles may improve with a simple filler procedure alone.
Second are Ulthera and Thermage.
In particular, wrinkles that remain even after filler treatment often improve when lifting devices are used to create new collagen tissue in the fascia and skin.

Third is botulinum toxin for the neck muscles.
It can be especially effective for vertical wrinkles, as it reduces the degree of contraction of the neck muscle, the platysma muscle, and is effective for vertical neck wrinkles.

Fourth is Radiesse, a collagen booster.
It is especially effective for people whose neck skin has overall significantly reduced elasticity.
Radiesse is diluted and broadly applied across the neck using a cannula, and its collagen-producing effect lasts for more than 6 months.
