Hello. This is Lifton Dermatology.
These days, as interest in appearance has grown, more and more people are paying attention not only to their face line but also to their body line, and the number of people receiving procedures has increased significantly. In particular, women often come in for consultations when the lower body lacks volume or when the buttocks have sagged.
In the case of fillers, a large amount is often needed, and there are many concerning aspects, such as the filler moving after the procedure. So personally, I recommend Radiesse, a collagen booster, rather than fillers.
In particular, when Radiesse is injected into the buttocks, it stimulates local new collagen production and replaces volume, while increasing the strength and elasticity of the dermis and thickening the underlying fascial surface, which can produce good results not only for volume but also for sagging and cellulite.
It may still be uncommon in Korea to use Radiesse collagen booster treatment for the buttocks, but
in other countries where there is a strong interest in body lines, several papers using collagen boosters have been published.

Looking at the paper results, this was 90 days after a single Radiesse treatment.
In addition, in the paper, very satisfying results were obtained in all seven adult patients who were evaluated and submitted.
It is already the case that buttock procedures using Radiesse are being performed in Western countries, and it seems to be especially active in Latin American populations, who are particularly interested in the buttocks. Also, Radiesse can be seen to produce very good results not only in the buttocks but also in the neck and the back of the hands.
(See the post on Radiesse for the back of the hands.)

Compared with surgical procedures, it carries lower risk and recovery is also faster, but when using Radiesse, only an appropriate amount should be used while considering the injection area, and since it must go through a dilution process, it can be said to be safer to receive the procedure from dermatology medical staff with a wide range of know-how.
Also, the delicate manual skill of the medical staff can make a difference in the procedure results, so it is even more important to be treated by an experienced specialist.
This is especially true when focusing on the outcome. If the dilution is not done properly, or if a large amount is injected into one area,
side effects may occur. Therefore, caution is also needed when choosing a clinic for a collagen booster procedure.
If you find a clinic that creates a customized treatment plan based on your skin condition, you can achieve even more satisfying results.
At Lifton Dermatology, as a Radiesse Key Doctor and Radiesse Training Center, we apply procedures based on strategies customized for each patient,
study ways to make treatment easier and achieve better results, and do our best to improve patient satisfaction. We will repay the patients who visit our clinic with the best procedures.
Thank you.
