Recently, the 2025 SKIN Gallery was held to share the direction of global aesthetics and the latest treatment insights.

I attended the event in person as a representative of Liftone Dermatology. This event was not simply a product-focused briefing; it was a place where aesthetic medical professionals could share the various concerns and solutions they face in actual practice, and it included in-depth discussions on evolving anti-aging trends and patient-centered approaches.

A patient-centered perspective with a philosophy behind it

At this SKIN Gallery event, I was able to attend various lectures and case analyses on integrated aesthetic solutions, including lifting, elasticity improvement, and skin boosters.

The most impressive part of attending in person was that no treatment was discussed in isolation.

Rather than simply filling in sunken areas with volume or adding moisture to the skin, a deeper philosophy was present throughout: ‘How can we view the patient’s face as one organic structure and create a more harmonious and healthy appearance?’

This was exactly aligned with the treatment standards that Liftone Dermatology has built empirically through years of clinical experience with patients.

At this Skin Gallery, I focused on clinical lectures about integrated aesthetic solutions, including lifting, elasticity improvement, and skin boosters, and had the opportunity to learn about practical, case-based uses of Galderma’s key devices and filler products.

• More than restoring volume, a design philosophy centered on facial harmony

Rather than simply filling sunken areas,

a strategy was emphasized that finely designs

the three-dimensional structure of the face

to change the overall impression to one that is brighter and more vibrant.

• A combined approach using skin boosters and fillers

Recently, the importance of skin boosters,

which can improve skin texture and tone as well,

has been growing,

and a combined treatment approach using

Galderma’s Restylane skin boosters was introduced.

• Personalized aesthetic planning that reflects patient needs

For ‘patient-centered design,’

diagnosis and treatment planning that take into account

age, skin type, expected results, and duration of effect

were highlighted once again as necessary.

In fact, Liftone Dermatology regularly provides treatments using various Galderma products, and through this gallery, we were able to gain deeper insight into the latest knowledge and trends, making it a valuable opportunity to further upgrade our existing treatment protocols.

In addition, through exchanges with many specialists from Korea and abroad, we were able to confirm the possibility that Liftone Dermatology can provide even more refined and systematic medical aesthetic solutions. In particular, the strategies that approach complex skin concerns from an integrated perspective rather than with a single procedure were especially impressive, and I am confident that they will make a clear contribution to significantly increasing patient satisfaction.

Beyond simple cosmetic purposes, Liftone Dermatology will continue to actively participate in various academic exchanges and training opportunities in pursuit of premium treatments grounded in scientific evidence and safety.
