Hello, this is Lifton Dermatology.
Every time I face each patient’s skin in the clinic,
the most important question for me has always been the same.
‘What does this skin need right now?’
And, ‘How can genuine recovery be achieved?’
As an extension of that concern, I have set my treatment direction around procedures that help restore the skin’s innate strength,
and among them, Restylane Vital Light is one of the treatments I trust and value most in my daily practice.

On June 29, I was invited as a speaker to the GAIN INSPIRE seminar hosted by Galderma Korea,
where I shared my real-world experience and treatment know-how regarding Restylane Vital Light,
which I have consistently used in clinical practice.
Because I was able to present vivid data and observations accumulated through directly managing a variety of patient cases in the clinic,
it was a very meaningful and responsible experience for me as well.

In the lecture, I explained how Restylane Vital Light acts on the skin,
and why it can be expected to offer more than simple hydration.
The key is not hydration itself, but the mechanism that supports the skin’s own regeneration and elasticity by stably
restoring the moisture-retaining environment within the dermis.
In other words, I believe its major distinction lies in the fact that it is an approach for the skin’s structural conditioning,
rather than just temporary moisture.

In addition, the approach inevitably varies depending on age, skin thickness, oil and moisture balance, and dermal condition.
That is why, when performing the procedure, I always carefully adjust the appropriate area and design for each skin type,
the injection depth, and the amount used, based on a precise diagnosis.
In the lecture as well, I emphasized the importance of this customized planning,
and especially explained that skin that is sensitive or has long-term dryness requires techniques that minimize irritation while maximizing absorption.
To make the most of the advantages of Restylane Vital Light,
the three principles of using genuine products, accurate dosage, and maintaining the proper depth must always be followed.
This is also directly connected to the safety of the procedure,
and has a major impact on patient satisfaction.
Even after the procedure, I do not simply consider it finished;
detailed management that continues through the absorption process, response, and follow-up care,
along with sincere communication, ultimately leads to patient trust and results.
I have experienced this many times.

In this lecture, I shared not only these theoretical points,
but also practical tips and case-based approaches, such as treatment intervals I pay attention to in actual practice,
the depth of layering, and criteria for selecting skin care products that can be used in combination.
In particular, through questions from the audience such as “At what point should Restylane Vital Light be started?”
and “What should be kept in mind when used together with energy-based devices?”
it was a time to share insights with one another and think together about a better direction.

In my view, this GAIN INSPIRE seminar was not simply a session that listed the effects of a specific product.
Rather, it was a serious academic forum where we shared how each of us is considering safer and more effective procedures in our own positions,
and what kind of treatment philosophy lies at the center of that work.
I also had the opportunity to reflect once again on the keywords “fundamentals” and “delicacy,”
which I have always upheld in the clinic.

Going forward, Lifton Dermatology will continue to pursue not one-time procedures or results swayed by trends,
but rather “sustainable skin recovery” based on scientific evidence and data.
With the mindset that we are designing the direction of the skin together with the patient over a long period of time,
not through a single procedure,
we will continue to practice more precise and trustworthy care.

Being able to share and expand the 고민 and philosophy from the clinic on an academic stage as well
was, in itself, a very valuable experience for me.
I hope opportunities like this continue in the future, and through the accurate and sincere care that Lifton pursues,
we will create healthy beauty together with more patients.
Thank you.
