Hello, this is Lifton Dermatology.
As I practice medicine, I often encounter a variety of issues that do not improve with moisturizing alone.
One thing I always feel is that the skin’s strength from within is just as important as the moisture seen on the surface.
Whenever that happens, I have always thought about how I could help create a foundation that allows the skin to recover on its own.
As one answer to that concern, we have newly introduced the Elravie Re2O ECM Booster.
It helps restore the skin’s natural strength by reinforcing the ECM (extracellular matrix), which forms the foundation of the skin.
I believe this may be a meaningful answer for more fundamental recovery of skin condition.
What Is Elravie Re2O?

Elravie Re2O is a collagen booster based on hADM (human Acellular Dermal Matrix).
In simple terms, it helps supplement and restore the ECM (Extracellular Matrix), which forms the foundation within the skin.
This ingredient is made by removing cells and fat from skin tissue while leaving behind ECM components such as collagen and elastin that support the tissue.
During manufacturing, unnecessary components are removed and the structure the skin can accept is preserved, which is why it is characterized by high stability.

As we age or as external stimuli continue to accumulate, the collagen newly synthesized in the skin decreases,
and the existing structure gradually weakens.
As a result, over time the skin becomes thinner
and loses elasticity.
In the skin, collagen normally maintains balance by repeating synthesis and breakdown every day.
This balance must be maintained to preserve thickness and elasticity, but once it collapses, the skin gradually loses strength
and becomes thinner.
That is why what matters is not simply filling in collagen, but
protecting the environment that allows the skin to steadily produce new collagen on its own.

I often realize this while treating patients. Even when they take care,
there are cases where the skin still looks easily fatigued, and this is often a sign that
the basic components supporting the inside of the skin have decreased.
Elravie Re2O contains collagen, elastin, ECM proteins, glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), and more in a balanced way,
which may help supplement these foundations.
In practice, when these components are replenished, some patients gradually notice changes they could not easily feel from routine care alone.
When patients tell me their skin feels much more stable, I am reminded once again of how important a foundation-building approach is.

Good Example

Incorrect Example
One factor that cannot be left out of the Elravie Re2O procedure is the mixing process.
The result varies depending on how accurately and evenly the medication is mixed.
When mixed properly, it takes on a milky white appearance, the contents are smoothly blended,
no powder residue remains on the edge of the syringe, and there is no foam or air layer.
In such cases, when injected into the skin, it spreads evenly and the expected skin-rejuvenation effect appears stably.
On the other hand, if the mixing is not done properly, it may appear irregularly transparent,
or powder may remain insufficiently dissolved and stick to the syringe wall.
Also, if foam or an air layer remains,
its diffusion within the skin may not be even, which can lead to differences in effect by area.
In such cases, the effect is not only reduced, but in rare cases it may also lead to a side effect where the skin surface appears uneven.

Powder settling
That is why, when performing the procedure, I never overlook even such a small step.
If the medication is hydrated in advance, the powder may settle, so it is important to mix it evenly right before the procedure and use it.
This is not just a step in preparing an injection,
but a key stage that determines the overall quality of the procedure.
The medical staff at Lifton Dermatology carefully checks the procedure process and thoroughly manages every step so that patients can receive treatment with peace of mind.
Our principle is to manage everything thoroughly so that the medication is always prepared in the most stable and even state before being injected into the patient.

The skin is exposed every day to external stressors and aging factors, and changes little by little.
I believe that restoring the internal structure of the skin, rather than covering visible problems, is a more fundamental solution.
I want patients to trust us not merely as someone who performed a procedure, but as a partner who accompanies them through the process of skin recovery.
Going forward, as a dermatology specialist, I will continue to create healthy skin changes through the best diagnosis and customized treatment.
I believe the recently introduced Elravie Re2O can also be helpful in that process.
Thank you.
