Hello, this is Lifton Dermatology.
On October 30, I attended the Restylane Skinboosters Vital Light Grand Launch Symposium held at Raum Art Center.
This event was an official launch seminar hosted by Galderma Korea,
and it was a meaningful occasion where we shared the technical value and clinical significance
of Vital Light with many dermatology specialists in Korea.

A “true skin booster” that helps restore the skin’s natural strength

Every time I meet a patient in the treatment room,
I always think of the same question.
“What does this skin need right now to regain its own health?”
That concern eventually leads to this question:
how can we bring out the skin’s fundamental regenerative capacity?
It is not about making the skin only look moisturized on the surface,
but about stabilizing the dermal environment beneath the skin
so it can recover on its own and regain elasticity.
One of the treatments I trust and use in that process is
Restylane Skinboosters Vital Light.

What I felt again at the event was that
this product goes beyond simple hydration
and is a treatment that revives the skin’s physiological rhythm.
A difference proven by technology, and a new standard

Vital Light was developed with over 23 years of clinical data
and Galderma’s proprietary NASHA Technology.
By processing hyaluronic acid (HA) uniformly,
it minimizes skin irritation
while helping maintain moisture stably.
In simple terms,
it creates an environment deep within the skin where moisture does not escape easily.
So, rather than just feeling moisturized on the surface,
you can experience changes such as smoother skin texture and restored elasticity.
The clinical data presented at the event also showed
an increase in skin moisture after Vital Light treatment,
flexibility in the boundary layer between the epidermis and dermis,
and a collagen remodeling effect.

What was especially impressive at the event
was the newly introduced smartclick system.
Skin booster treatments can produce different results
with even slight differences in injection depth or volume,
so both the clinician’s experience and the precision of the device are important.
Vital Light can be injected evenly in 0.01 mL increments,
which helps minimize issues such as uneven skin texture or lumping.
Because the injection depth, amount, and design must be carefully adjusted
depending on skin thickness, the balance of oil and moisture, and dryness,
accurate diagnosis and precise injection determine the quality of the treatment.
Lifton’s treatment philosophy: “sustainable skin recovery”

Lifton Dermatology follows three principles in every skin booster treatment:
-
Use of genuine products — only Galderma official certified products are used
-
Maintain the exact amount — inject the recommended volume without exceeding or falling short
-
Accurate depth — analyze the injection layer according to the skin structure
These three principles are not just a manual,
but the basic philosophy of Lifton that protects the trustworthiness of results.
The true value of Vital Light becomes clearer over time
rather than immediately after the treatment.
It is not simple moisture,
but the reason elasticity and radiance remain even as time passes.

Reconfirming the “essence of skin recovery” on site

At this symposium,
we looked at Vital Light’s effects together with actual clinical cases,
and in-depth conversations continued among specialists.
“When is the best time to start?”
“What should we be careful about when combining it with energy-based devices?”
Practical questions like these were exchanged,
and it was a meaningful time to share insights drawn from each person’s experience.
What I felt again through that process was that
the center of every treatment is always the skin of one patient.
No matter how much technology or equipment advances,
if the way we look at the skin within that process
is accurate and warm,
the results will be natural and long-lasting.
The Restylane Skinboosters Vital Light symposium
was not simply a time to learn about a product.

Rather, it was a process of finding the answer together to the question I ask myself every day in the treatment room:
How can we create skin that is safer, healthier, and maintained for longer?
By sharing the experience accumulated in the treatment room in an academic setting,
I was able to return to my初心 once again,
and I gained a lot of inspiration through meaningful conversations.

Going forward, Lifton Dermatology will continue
pursuing sustainable skin recovery based on scientific evidence and sincere care,
rather than one-time effects.
Not a one-off treatment,
but creating skin that shines more as time goes by —
that is the essence of the care Lifton has upheld.
Thank you.
