Sinsa Radiesse, Lipton Dermatology’s Treatment Philosophy After Being the Asia’s Most-Used Clinic for Two Consecutive Years

This year as well, we were invited to and attended the Golden Record Awards, held annually by Merz.

We participated in this event last year too, but this year felt especially meaningful.

That is because, following 2024, we were also awarded the “Asia’s Most-Used Radiesse Clinic” category in 2025.

Selected as Asia’s Most-Used Clinic for Two Consecutive Years

Sinsa Radiesse is a CaHA-based product that helps improve skin structure and stimulate collagen production,

which is why it plays a very important role in the anti-aging field.

Sinsa Radiesse is not a product that simply produces good results just because it is used frequently.

Because CaHA-based products require precise control of layer depth, an understanding of anatomical structures, design ability, and the ability to predict long-term collagen responses,

stable results can only be achieved when all of these are in place.

So, being selected as the Asia’s Most-Used Clinic this time was meaningful not merely as a quantitative indicator of “having performed many treatments,”

but because it means that so many patients trusted our treatment approach, and it is the result that truly reflects our clinical experience.

What We Felt at the Golden Record Awards

Having attended the Golden Record Awards in person, the atmosphere we felt was more than that of a simple awards ceremony.

As many healthcare professionals from the Asia-Pacific region gathered, there was active discussion about recent CaHA clinical trends and design methods in each country,

as well as ways to prevent side effects and the safety of procedures.

Compared with last year, there was much more diverse data, and the discussions on protocols being applied in real-world settings were deeper, so I was able to gain many insights as well.

In particular, by speaking directly with medical professionals who use Radiesse extensively, I could clearly feel the differences in each country’s approach and preferred

design points,

and through that process, I once again sensed that the technical sophistication and usage volume in the Korean market are at a very high level.

Why Sinsa Radiesse Procedures Continue to Grow

One thing I noticed while consulting with patients who came in for Radiesse treatment is that the reasons patients prefer Sinsa Radiesse are relatively clear.

There is less tendency for volume to appear exaggerated or unnatural,

and as time passes, it naturally blends with one’s own tissue, steadily confirming a sense of facial line stability, improved elasticity,

and support effects for the lower face.

It is especially suitable for those who do not want an excessive change but still want a structural improvement in elasticity, so the retreatment rate is also relatively high.

After Receiving the Top Radiesse Category Award for Two Consecutive Years

Receiving the top-category award for two consecutive years makes me happy, but at the same time, it also feels like the sense of responsibility has grown.

Because Sinsa Radiesse results can vary greatly depending on the doctor’s design ability and judgment,

the burden of having to perform treatments more stably and more precisely has increased.

So moving forward, we plan to continue steadily reviewing clinical data, refining our case-by-case approach in detail, and thinking through ways to create more satisfying results for our patients.

What we consider most important when performing procedures is always safety, precision, and naturalness.

We believe that winning for two consecutive years is a small sign that this principle was not wrong, but we will not be complacent and will continue to work steadily for even better results.
