Existing multiple creases

While creating the double eyelid line,

the eyelid skin was excised, and through fat repositioning, the fat on the outer side of the eyelid

was moved toward the center.

Surgical Process

Eyelid Skin Excision and Fat Repositioning

To address the drooping of the eyelids,

2 mm of skin was removed

and the eyelid fat was moved to the center,

forming a more balanced eye shape.

Correction of Pseudoptosis

The patient had been diagnosed with mild ptosis at another hospital,

but in fact this was pseudoptosis, in which the pupil was hidden by drooping eyelids.

Through skin excision, the hidden pupil was exposed,

completing a natural eye shape.

Effects and Results of the Surgery

Improved eye shape

By correcting drooping eyelids and pseudoptosis,

the eyes appeared larger

and gave a clearer impression.

Beautiful double eyelid line

Through proper design and fat repositioning,

a natural double eyelid line was formed.

Improved function

The discomfort when opening the eyes disappeared,

and the eyes were able to open comfortably.
