Under-eye fat repositioning is a procedure designed to solve the problem of under-eye fat becoming bulged with age

Surgical principle:

The retaining ligament that holds the under-eye fat downward

is sufficiently dissected and released.

Through that space, the bulging

fat is moved into a flatter position.

To prevent the repositioned fat from bulging again,

adhesion is prevented.

In some cases, for people with severe hollows under the eyes,

fat grafting may also be performed additionally.

Main purpose

Improve bulging under-eye fat

to make the eye area smoother.

By repositioning the fat, it can reduce under-eye hollows or

An incision is made just below the eyebrow,

the sagging skin is removed, and the remaining skin is pulled upward and sutured.

By removing the thick skin below the eyebrow,

the drooping eyelid is lifted,

and the procedure is performed delicately so that no scar remains after surgery.

Directly improve upper eyelid drooping
