[Paju Restaurant] Shinsegae Outlet Restaurant Where You Can Enjoy Neat Korean Cuisine

Today, after the season’s first solar term, Gyeongchip,

it is a little chilly,

but spring feels like it will come

very soon.

I hope warm days arrive soon

so we can go out and enjoy ourselves comfortably.

So here is today’s review!

Introducing a Paju Shinsegae Outlet restaurant

that is close to Seoul.

On this day, the weather had warmed up a bit,

and the air was clear, so I went out to the suburbs.

Because of COVID-19, there weren’t many people,

but there were quite a few people around

wearing masks.

At Paju Shinsegae Outlet,

restaurants are gathered on the 3rd floor,

and I went to 'Jangsarang' because I was craving Korean food.

A neat, clean interior.

There are many empty seats.

It would have been crowded as usual,

but it wasn’t.

The tables are nice and large,

so we could dine comfortably.

Jangsarang says they use nutritious rice

and brass bowls with a sterilizing effect.

It somehow makes you feel healthier!

We ordered the direct-fire pork bulgogi with gochujang sauce

and the Jeongseon gondre rice,

each according to our taste.

Soon after, a generous spread was served.

Pork bulgogi soaked well in a rich seasoning.

Jeongseon gondre rice topped generously

with gondre greens.

It comes in a stone pot, so you can eat it warm.

We mixed it with the sauce they gave us and enjoyed it.

We also had a bite of the savory doenjang stew.

They bring out refills on their own

so the side dishes don’t run out in between.

The tables also aren’t too close together,

so even if there are a lot of people on weekends,

it seems like a place where dining would still be comfortable.

It was a satisfying meal and a good stop before shopping.
