[Mungeong-dong Restaurant] One Hearty Bowl of Hangover Soup, Honest Review of Happy Soonjeong Gamjatang in the Terra Tower Basement

With the chilly winds blowing in the mornings and evenings,

I've been craving something hot and spicy lately.

So we went here! In the basement of Terra Tower in Munjeong-dong,

'an honest review of Happy Soonjeong Gamjatang'

Let's get started right away?

They say it's a true gamjatang specialty restaurant,,

I went in with a fluttering sense of excitement.

There is a 3,000 won discount for takeout orders.

Delivery through Baedal Minjok is also available,

so people nearby can conveniently order.

The nearby restaurants looked rather quiet,

but this place had quite a lot of customers.

Interestingly, they also sell buckwheat makguksu and jeonbyeong.

The menu includes braised pork bones, gamjatang, and pork bone hangover soup.

It's the kind of menu you'd expect at a gamjatang restaurant.

The pork cutlet and giant fried shrimp stand out.

The interior is also fairly spacious.

I ordered the pork bone hangover soup.

For side dishes, they serve kimchi and cubed radish kimchi,

along with raw onion and ssamjang.

There were 2 to 3 pork bones inside,

and each one had thick pieces of meat attached.

There were also plenty of ingredients like dried radish greens,

so it almost felt like there was relatively less soup.

I started by eating the meat,

then asked for more broth

and neatly finished it by mixing in rice as well.

The portions are generous, and the rich broth flavor

is excellent—this is a true gamjatang specialty restaurant!
