1. Nose tip cartilage repositioning

First, without inserting any implants,

in a no-implant rhinoplasty approach,

methods such as nose tip cartilage suturing and reducing nose tip volume

are used to reposition the cartilage of the nose tip,

elevate the tip, or reduce its volume,

creating a slender and refined nose tip.

Because it is performed as no-implant rhinoplasty, there is no concern about implant-related side effects, and there is also the advantage that there is no need for additional incisions just to harvest ear cartilage or rib cartilage.

2. Autologous cartilage grafting
