Hello :)
JW Jewelry Plastic Surgery is here to deliver results.
Clear, defined eyes play a major role in creating a first impression.
When the eyelids droop downward, making the eyes look weak and sleepy, this is called 'ptosis.'
If ptosis persists for a long time,
you end up using the forehead muscles to open your eyes,
which can cause forehead wrinkles, and along with headaches,
your eyes may also become easily fatigued.
Improving ptosis symptoms with eye-correction surgery

In this case, eye-correction surgery can be used to
straighten the drooping eyelids
and correct ptosis.
Although there are many eye-correction methods,
the surgical method must be chosen according to the degree of ptosis
to minimize side effects and recurrence,
while achieving clear correction and a beautiful eye shape.
Can ptosis be improved with double eyelid surgery alone?

If you only have double eyelid surgery when ptosis is present,
the double eyelid crease is more likely to loosen or come undone,
and even if it does not, the crease may still look unnatural.
In other words, before double eyelid surgery,
you should check whether the eye-opening strength is normal
(that is, whether ptosis symptoms are present),
and then proceed with the surgery.
Only then can you create clear, defined eyes and a beautiful double eyelid line.

Eye-correction surgery is a procedure that considers eye function
while also creating a beautiful eye shape.
Because of that, it is difficult and requires many factors to be considered.
It is not simply about making the eyes larger;
beautiful eyes are created through the care and effort needed to consider every factor that determines eye shape,
and to adjust it accurately down to the last 1 mm.
JW Jewelry Plastic Surgery carefully considers every factor that determines eye shape
to create beautiful, defined eyes.
Eye-correction surgery methods according to the degree of ptosis

Depending on the degree of ptosis,
the eye-correction surgical method must also be applied differently.
In cases of mild ptosis,
the method used is to fold the muscle that opens the eyes to shorten its length.

For moderate ptosis, or in revision surgery cases where ptosis is mild,
the length is shortened through minimal conjunctival separation.

If ptosis is severe,
the length is shortened as much as possible through sufficient conjunctival separation.

If overcorrection causes the eyes to open too widely
and a retraction phenomenon occurs,
the surgery is performed to lengthen the muscle,
unlike in ptosis.
