Hello :)
JW Garden Plastic Surgery, where we deliver results.

As a person ages, the skin starts to sag,
fine lines increase due to repeated use of the facial muscles,
and volume decreases, causing areas to look hollow, and so on,
leading to a combination of aging changes.
Today, we will introduce JW Garden Plastic Surgery’s autologous fat grafting,
which fills in the areas lacking volume with your own fat
and helps complete a healthy, vibrant, youthful appearance.
What areas can be treated with autologous fat grafting?

Autologous fat grafting can be performed on the entire face.
It can be injected into a flat forehead to add volume,
or into hollow cheeks to give a flat face more dimension.
It can also be injected into needed areas such as deeply sunken eyelids, deep nasolabial folds, a weak chin,
and the front cheekbone area,
helping create a more youthful and lively appearance.
In addition, because it uses unnecessary fat,
it is a two-in-one procedure that can also help remove excess fat.
Autologous fat grafting: how is it performed? Autologous fat grafting procedure
As mentioned earlier, autologous fat grafting
is a procedure that extracts the fat you already have that is not needed
and injects it into the desired area.

First, your fat tissue is collected from areas such as the thighs, abdomen, or buttocks.
Impurities are removed using a centrifuge,
and after separating only pure fat, it is delicately injected into the necessary area
through a fine needle.
Fat grafting has a low survival rate? Improve survival rate with combined grafting! Improve longevity!
In autologous fat grafting, not all of the fat takes root;
some of it is absorbed. To improve the survival rate
and maintain the effect for longer,
PRP treatment, which helps skin growth and regeneration, can be added,
or stem cell treatment can be added to increase the survival rate
and extend the lasting effect.

JW Garden Plastic Surgery’s autologous fat grafting
boasts a high survival rate through microinjection.
In addition, with customized equipment for each area,
stem cells and fat are harvested efficiently in a short time.
A safe separation process is carried out with strict single-use instruments,
and to prevent uneven bumps from forming after fat harvesting,
fat is suctioned evenly from multiple directions,
creating a smooth body line.
How should you care for yourself after autologous fat grafting? Post-operative care for fat grafting

Autologous fat grafting does not usually require hospitalization
and is a procedure that can be treated on an outpatient basis.
To prevent swelling and bleeding,
a compression bandage must be worn on the area where the fat was harvested for 3 days.
After the surgery, cold or warm compresses are not separately needed,
and care should be taken for 2–3 weeks so that the grafted fat is not pressed or subjected to impact.
Washing your face and wearing makeup are possible only after removing the bandage
from the surgical area,
and temporary pain, swelling, bruising, and a pulling sensation in the face
may occur, but they disappear within 1–2 weeks.
Alcohol and smoking should be avoided for about a month,
and it is also best to avoid saunas and swimming for a month.

Plastic surgery may cause side effects such as bleeding and infection depending on the individual.
