As secondary sexual characteristics appear or during pregnancy, it may increase in size, and in some cases it may cause pain.

Accessory breast removal, surgical methods for accessory breasts

1. Tissue suction

When there is little mammary tissue and the accessory breast is not significantly sagging, a small incision of about 0.3 cm is made along the armpit crease, and fat and mammary tissue are suctioned out using a cannula.

2. Tissue and skin excision

When there is a large amount of mammary tissue and the accessory breast is significantly sagging, a cut of about 3 cm is made on the inner side of the armpit, and the fat, mammary tissue, and excess skin are excised.

Accessory breast removal is recommended for these people.
