Breast Reduction Surgery to Correct Neck, Back, and Shoulder Pain and Breast Sagging

• Suitable for breasts that are not very large; shorter surgery time and smaller scars

Vertical incision method (moderate gigantomastia)

• Can create a slightly fuller breast shape than the periareolar incision method

• Less scarring than the inverted T incision method

Inverted 'T' incision method (severe gigantomastia)

• Can also be used for severely large and sagging breasts

• Allows the greatest amount of reduction among the surgical methods

Vertical-scar-free incision method (severe gigantomastia)

• Can be applied to very large breasts

• No vertical incision scar

• The downside is that the breast shape may be slightly flatter compared to the inverted T incision method
