Thermage is a lifting procedure that sends radiofrequency (RF) energy into the dermis to help restore skin elasticity.

It is designed so that energy passes through the skin surface and is delivered sufficiently only to the dermis beneath it.

When the radiofrequency energy reaches the dermis, it is converted into heat, and this heat causes stretched collagen to contract and then stimulates the formation of new collagen.

As time passes and new collagen fills in, you can see improvements in skin texture, such as reduced pores and softened fine lines.
