How is it different from existing skin boosters?

Existing skin boosters can largely be divided into two approaches.

One is a hyaluronic acid (HA)-based skin booster, often called a water-glow injection.

Because hyaluronic acid attracts moisture, the skin feels hydrated right after injection.

However, since hyaluronic acid itself does not change the skin’s structure, its effects decrease when it is broken down, and there is a limit to how far it can lead to structural improvement.

The other is a method that induces collagen production.

What effect differences were confirmed in studies?

There is a clinical study comparing ECM skin boosters with hyaluronic acid (HA) skin boosters, so let’s take a look.

In this study, each product was injected on both sides of the face of the same person, and the patients were followed up for up to 20 weeks to compare what differences appeared.

Because different ingredients were injected into both cheeks of the same person, the study was able to confirm the pure difference under identical conditions.

The researchers also confirmed the reason for this difference through mechanism experiments.

When phADM is injected into the skin, nearby fibroblasts settle into it, and a process was observed in which collagen and elastin were newly produced on top of it.

At the same time, an effect of suppressing inflammation was also confirmed.

The characteristic of ReTuo and Cellrdm was that they help make the skin structurally firmer, thereby improving overall density, elasticity, and pores.

Who is this procedure suitable for?

Because ECM skin boosters work by replenishing the skin’s structural components themselves, they are suitable when skin density has declined and overall elasticity, pores, and skin texture have all begun to deteriorate together.

If the skin is dry due to a lack of moisture, a hyaluronic acid-based skin booster may be appropriate, and if collagen regeneration is needed in a specific area, a collagen-inducing skin booster may be appropriate.
