What did you all have for lunch?
I had a quick lunch box for lunch,
and I wanted to fully recharge on sugar, so I went to Tokyo Soufflé, a hot place in Garosugil.

This place is usually really crowded, but today it was quiet because it was raining.
What a relief,,,ㅋㅋ

Usually when I go to a cafe or restaurant, I’m too busy eating the food, but since they said the soufflé would take a while to come out, I looked around a bit.
The inside felt a little warm, so I thought they had a real wood fire going, but it turned out to be fake wood.
Technology must have advanced a lot these days.
I really thought it was real wood.

Anyway, they had bowls like these on display too, and I guess they serve the soufflé in bowls like this (?)

The soufflé I’d been waiting for and waiting for!!
I ordered the strawberry soufflé.
This one is 18,000 won.
It literally melted in my mouth.
I have no idea how they made it, but it’s on a whole different level from the pancake mix sold in stores..
The fruit was fresh, the syrup was tasty, and it was just delicious.
After finishing it, I roughly calculated the calories,
and it was really a lot.
Still, it was delicious, so it was fine.

Three of us ate together, and we were full afterward. ^^

There’s a saying that food that looks good tastes good too, and this was really so pretty to look at and tasted so good.
If I have time next time, I’d like to come again and eat it.
Next time, I want to try the chocolate soufflé.
If you go to Garosugil, give Tokyo Soufflé a try!!
