Fill in sunken or angular areas and naturally add volume with Wink forehead fat grafting!

Wink fat grafting removes unnecessary fat from areas with more fat, such as the abdomen or thighs, then extracts only pure fat and injects it into a hollow forehead to create a more three-dimensional face.

There are fat grafting and fillers for adding volume to the forehead. Fillers have the advantage of a short procedure time and recovery period, but the downside is that they last for up to about one year. In contrast, fat grafting takes longer than fillers for both the procedure and recovery, but has the advantage of lasting about 3 to 5 years.

It takes about one to two weeks for the tissue to settle after fat grafting. However, swelling is still visible from the outside, so you need to wait about one to two months, and not all of the fat will take. Only about 30 to 40% of the grafted fat survives, and the remaining volume continues to be maintained after about 3 months.

Fat grafting is sometimes performed as a second procedure after the first. As mentioned earlier, only about 30 to 40% of the grafted fat survives, so the remaining fat that was frozen and stored may be used for a second grafting to the areas that still need more volume after monitoring the progress over 1 to 2 months.

After fat grafting surgery, blood circulation is important for the transplanted fat cells to take well. Alcohol and smoking interfere with blood circulation, and it is better to avoid stimulation such as meridian massage and wearing hats.
