No more thick, sausage-like eyes with Wink Plastic Surgery’s double-line revision surgery!

Before surgery
Thick and high sausage-like eyes! Even after enough recovery time following double eyelid surgery, swelling is still present, creating an unnatural impression. This can happen when the line is made too high without matching the individual eye shape, and it is called double eyelid hypertrophy.

After double eyelid revision surgery (double-line method) + upper eyelid fat repositioning + dual corner surgery
Double eyelid hypertrophy can make the double eyelid line itself appear thick and high, creating a sausage-eye look. It can also appear when fixation is done incorrectly, when the surgical scar is wide, or when there is ptosis and eyelid correction is not properly performed.

Wink’s double-line method redesigns a new line below the existing crease, then performs incision and dissection based on the new line. After releasing the adhesions of the original line, the new line is fixed, allowing a more natural-looking result.

Before surgery
Double-line revision surgery is considered a relatively difficult type of eyelid revision surgery and is suitable for eyes with insufficient eyelid skin. In addition, the surgery must be performed in a way that lowers the line while preserving the existing skin, and it should be done only after accurately analyzing the causes of the first surgery’s failure, including the individual’s eye shape, image, and overall facial harmony.

After double eyelid revision surgery (double-line method)
Some people think their sausage eyes (double eyelid hypertrophy) resulted from incision-based surgery, but sausage eyes can also occur after non-incision surgery. If the line is created without considering the patient’s individual eye condition, the design must be tailored to the eye regardless of the surgical method. At Wink Plastic Surgery, we prevent such problems by accurately analyzing each person’s eye condition through 1:1 personalized consultations before surgery.

Eye surgery can be greatly affected by a difference of just 1 mm, so before surgery, each person’s eye shape and condition must be analyzed accurately. Director Surgeon Choi Seung-hyeop does not recommend excessive or unnecessary procedures.
