In-out double eyelids combine only the advantages of inline and outline lines. They are suitable for people who want something more noticeable than a thin hidden-double-eyelid inline look, but find a dramatic outline to be too much. This type can create a line that looks natural while still having a definite presence.

Outline double eyelids are a large, dramatic shape like those often seen on celebrities, and are a line commonly seen in Western eyes. Starting outside the epicanthic fold, the double eyelid line begins above the inner corner of the eye, making the eyes look brighter and giving the facial features a more defined appearance.

There are two methods for double eyelid surgery: the natural adhesion method and the incision method. If you want a natural-looking line, or if your eyelid skin is thin and you want a quick recovery, we recommend the natural adhesion method. On the other hand, the incision method has the major advantage of firm fixation, so it is recommended for those who want eyes that are defined and bright, with a lower chance of the fold loosening.
