In 2022, I properly began bridal preparation care for the first time in my life. Of course, facial lifting was important too, but once I tried on my wedding dress, I realized there was another area my eyes went to first. It was the body line extending from the shoulders to the arms, as well as the areas around the underarms and back that were visible outside the dress.

At that moment, I understood something clearly. The impression you make on your wedding day is not completed by your face alone. Body contouring, which determines how well you carry off your dress, accounts for more than half of the final result.
In particular, areas such as the trapezius muscles, arms, underarm bulges, and back line do not always respond well to dieting alone. I learned that the results can vary completely depending on when and which treatments you receive.
Managing Your Contours, Rather Than Simply Losing Weight

This is how I approached it.
For areas where fat needed to be reduced, I used 라리컷주사 to decrease volume. For areas that had lost elasticity and were beginning to sag, I supplemented skin firmness with body-lifting treatments such as 리니어지, 울쎄라, and 온다.
Rather than simply dieting to lose weight, this approach focused on the question, “How can I naturally refine my body contours?” Dieting is, of course, important too.
However, I personally experienced that areas such as the inner upper arms, shoulder line, underarm bulges, back wings, and love handles often do not slim down easily even after losing weight. In the end, these areas require the help of treatments. This experience has become the most important standard I use when meeting patients today.
As Someone Who Has Personally Performed and Received These Treatments

I did not simply learn about these treatments in theory. I have performed them myself, and I have also received them on my own body. That is why I understand better than anyone which treatments are most effective at different times, and which areas prospective brides preparing for their weddings tend to be most sensitive about.
Because I am a woman, I can also more carefully identify and design treatments for the areas that are “difficult to explain in words but that you notice every time you look in the mirror,” such as the arm line, shoulder line, underarm bulges, outer thighs, and love handles.
I have felt that same concern—the one that is difficult to put into words.
I Still Manage My Body
in the Same Way Today
In fact, I still manage my body in the same way these days. For areas where fat needs to be reduced, such as the arms, thighs, and love handles, I continue to use 라리컷주사. For areas where reduced elasticity causes the contours to lose definition, I consistently receive body-lifting treatments.
Preparing for a wedding is a process that requires results within a limited period. That is why what matters even more is not “how much you do,” but when, where, and how you do it.
When you wear a dress, the shoulder line should flow naturally, and the arms should look lightly refined. That subtle but definite difference ultimately comes from accurately reading and designing the body contours.
Aiming for a Natural Dress Fit, Not an Excessive Change

As someone who has personally experienced this process, and who continues to treat patients according to the same standards today, I still focus on creating contours that complete the most natural dress fit rather than pursuing “excessive change.”
A wedding is one of life’s few truly precious moments. So that you can shine at your most beautiful on that day, I will carefully work with you to attend to every detail of your body contours.
