After eye surgery, one of the cosmetic procedures that many people are interested in is rhinoplasty.
In particular, nose surgery is a procedure that attracts interest from men as well as women.
Especially among male rhinoplasty procedures,
there is male functional rhinoplasty, which is often considered by people who have rhinitis!
Today, with AB, we’d like to take some time to look into this topic in more detail.

First, when AB performs male rhinoplasty,
we proceed by referring to the following conditions.
The first is nose height and line.
For men, rather than simply making the nose high, a natural yet cleanly straight
straight-line nose that suits the face looks better.
The second is the width of the nose.
Men often have thick nasal tip skin
or a wide nasal bone, so the width of the nose must be carefully adjusted
so that the nose does not look large from the front.
The third is a hump nose.
Compared to women, men often have a crooked nose or a hump,
so proper correction is needed
to create a clearer, more masculine nose.
Lastly, there is rhinitis-related nasal surgery.
If there is a deviated septum accompanied by nasal congestion,
inferior turbinate hypertrophy, or nasal valve stenosis,
male rhinitis nose surgery is performed together with cosmetic surgery.

In addition, when AB performs male rhinoplasty,
we look for the golden ratio that suits men.
Compared to women, men have a wider line descending from the eyebrows to the bridge of the nose,
and the starting point of the nose and the height of the glabella are higher,
so a long, straight line is the most ideal.
Because male rhinitis nose surgery is performed while reflecting these points,
you can achieve the satisfying rhinoplasty results you wanted.

For male rhinoplasty, in the case of a low nose,
a silicone implant is inserted into the bridge of the nose,
and tissue such as autologous cartilage is added to the nasal tip to create a cleanly extended straight nose.
In the case of a hump nose, after shaving down the hump,
the nasal bones on both sides are cut and repositioned to slim and narrow the bridge of the nose.
If the bridge of the nose looks lower than the nasal tip,
the bridge is raised using autologous cartilage or an implant.

Then, how is the male rhinitis nose surgery mentioned briefly above performed?
First, a CT scan is performed before surgery
to analyze the shape and size of the septal cartilage and bones.
After that, if there is a deviated septum,
a septal resection and septoplasty are performed,
and by adjusting the nose’s height, line, angle, and length,
a refined and natural male rhinitis nose surgery is completed.
