we will take a look at the overall topic of eye surgery for middle-aged patients :)

The biggest concern for older patients when undergoing surgery is

whether their impression will change after the procedure.

They worry that their expression may become sharper or more severe, or that even if they get double eyelids,

they may not look pretty anymore.

In the past, many people wanted to remove a lot of sagging skin,

but these days, there are many people who want surgery that preserves their current image while looking natural.

The most important point is skin sagging.

If there is a lot of excess skin tissue, it is not appropriate to cut away all of the sagging skin or tissue.

If too much is removed, the face can end up looking too strong.

The thickness of the skin around the eyes varies.

The closer it is to the eye, the thinner it is, and the farther away it is, the thicker the skin becomes.

If you remove too much thin skin because it appears sagging, the eyes can end up looking awkward and unnatural.

Also, the eyebrows may drop significantly, and although the double eyelids may become larger,

the eyes can look very sharp or masculine, or the center of the eyes may droop a bit and cause wrinkles between the eyebrows,

leading to various problems.

When there is not enough, it is easy to make small adjustments such as trimming the skin little by little or increasing the size of the double eyelids,

but if you want too much all at once, it may not be possible to correct it later,

so it is better not to be too ambitious at once.

Middle-aged patients generally have a lot of sagging, and it is common for the shapes of the two eyes to differ.

When correcting them, symmetry often does not come together well all at once,

so compared with younger patients, the frequency of revision surgery tends to be somewhat higher.

It is important to make appropriate corrections and gradually adjust the parts that do not match,

and please keep in mind that in some cases it may take a long time before the result becomes natural!
