
Hello! This is AB Plastic Surgery.
Today, to get one step closer to our customers,
we invited a well-known external CS instructor to AB Plastic Surgery!
We attended CS training^^

Despite the training being held early in the morning,
the attendance rate among staff was good~
and participation during the Q&A sessions was also high~!!


With that, our first CS training was completed successfully!
We’re already looking forward to what kind of lecture will be given at the next CS training.
The phrase that left the biggest impression on me during the training was
"Kindness and service are different!"
Rather than a perfunctory service disguised as kindness,
they explained that we should provide service that truly comes from the heart,
and the more I heard it, the more useful and meaningful it felt:)

Since we’re already AB because we’re kind,
after receiving CS training like this,
I think we’ll become even more developed AB members^^


In the middle, Director Kim Joo-yeon also took time out of her busy schedule
to attend, and we even had a long-service award ceremony!
AB even gives gold for long serviceㅎ
Awesome! AB! 👏👏👏👏

For the sake of our hospital’s motto, "A hospital for precious people,"
AB Plastic Surgery will continue to grow and make every effort in the future.
