Q. When can I have double eyelid surgery after LASIK or LASEK? Can the surgery make my vision worse again?

If the double eyelid line is set too high or the eye shape correction is made too strong, your eyes may feel a little drier and more tired than before in the beginning.

However, it is hard to say that this would cause a decline in vision, and in most cases, the symptoms improve with things like artificial tears and pass without any major issues.

In fact, dry eye tends to occur more often after LASIK or LASEK, and compared with that, I do not think cases caused by double eyelid surgery are very common.

Based on my experience, I remember many cases where plastic surgery could be performed without any major problems one week after LASIK or LASEK, but the guidance may differ depending on the eye clinic where you had the procedure.
