Hello, this is AB Plastic Surgery.
Today, we will look at photos of a patient who underwent eye revision surgery and nose revision surgery at our AB Plastic Surgery clinic
and review the case.

First, regarding the eyes, the patient was satisfied with the double-eyelid line.
We felt there was not much need to change it and that it was already well completed,
but they were a little disappointed by the upward tilt at the outer corners, so we decided to perform a lateral lower canthoplasty.
And second, because they disliked the dark, hollow look under the eyes,
we decided to perform under-eye fat repositioning.

For the nose, they felt the tip was slightly upturned,
that the columella area was weak, and that the tip lacked a refined, pointed look.
They also felt the bridge did not have enough presence.

One year ago, they had nose surgery using ear cartilage along with a silicone implant,
but when the material used for a short, upturned nose is not strong enough,
it can be somewhat difficult to greatly correct the short, upturned appearance.
So we planned to overcome that using autologous rib cartilage.
In addition, since the double chin area seen from the side was also going to be suctioned at the same time,
we planned to create a slimmer facial shape.

These are the post-surgery photos.
Overall, it feels like there are very positive changes.
Starting with the eyes, the under-eye area has become completely clean,
and the lateral lower canthoplasty area clearly opened up the white part of the eye on the outer side.
For the nose, we paid a lot of attention to the projection of the columella area,
and you can clearly feel the flow of the bridge while the rounded shape of the nostril at the tip is now distinctly visible.

If you look at the side view, the overall side profile has changed a lot.
From the side as well, you can see that the eye area was properly opened up,
and if there was previously a feeling of being pulled upward and attached, now the amount of visible sclera feels much more open and refreshing.
Post-surgery photos may differ from the actual results due to the shooting environment, lighting, makeup, and other factors.
Results vary by individual, and through a precise consultation, please check the procedure result that is suitable for you.

Looking at the nose, the upturned tip was almost restored as if it had reappeared,
and you can also see that the nasolabial angle improved significantly.
This is now about lengthening a short nose and bringing the length forward while also increasing the height,
and to get results like this, rib cartilage is needed.

At one month after surgery, this amount of swelling and bruising is relatively mild.
As time passes, the shadowing on the bridge will become a little clearer as the fine swelling goes down.
The bridge line will stand out more, and as the swelling subsides, it will become more noticeable.
