Hello, this is AB Plastic Surgery.
Today, we will look at the before-and-after photos of a woman in her 20s who underwent non-incisional ptosis correction at AB Plastic Surgery and review the case.

Looking at the pre-surgery photos, you can see a significant difference between the left and right eyes.
In the right eye, there is no clear double eyelid, and several layered double eyelid folds are present.
Compared with the left eye, the right eye also appears to cover the pupil more.

In the left eye, there is a single double eyelid fold, but the overall height at the front, middle, and back is almost the same,
and compared with the right eye, the pupil appears a bit more exposed.

The patient wanted cat-like eyes.
When we say cat-like eyes, it refers to a double eyelid shape that is somewhat smaller in the front and gradually extends toward the back.

Here are the post-surgery photos.
The procedure involved making small openings and passing sutures back and forth.
In the right eye, the original layered folds were shaped into a single double eyelid, and the back portion was made slightly wider than the front,
creating the cat-like eye shape.

The pupils also look more open than before, with a similar appearance on both sides.
Because the patient did not have significant skin sagging,
we proceeded with non-incisional ptosis correction.
As for the swelling, it does not appear to be severe externally,
so we can say the swelling is at a finished stage.
Post-surgery photos may differ from the actual results depending on the shooting environment, lighting, makeup, and other factors.
Results vary from person to person, and through a proper consultation, please check the procedure result that is suitable for you.
Today, we explained a real case of non-incisional ptosis correction.
