If you look at Goblin's Man's front view,

you can see that the tip of the nose is wide.

Goblin's Man wanted improvement of the straight nose shape and

the flat-looking midface,

as well as correction of the wide-looking nasal tip and the long nose.

To do this, we planned surgery using rib cartilage to support the bridge of the nose while using an implant of appropriate height that would match the supraorbital prominence,

reduce the wide-looking appearance with bulbous nose correction, and correct the direction and height of the drooping, long-looking nasal tip.

If you look at the post-surgery photos, from the front,

you can see that the wide-looking impression has improved

because an implant was inserted into the nasal bridge, and the nasal tip also looks slimmer

as the bulbous nose correction and rib cartilage were used to raise the nasal columella.

In addition, by slightly lifting the nasal tip direction toward the head,

you can see that the drooping nasal tip was corrected,

making the nose appear shorter.

From the side, you can see there was a major change after surgery.

An implant suited to the height of the supraorbital prominence was inserted into the nasal bridge,

which improved the flat-looking impression,

and by using rib cartilage to raise the nasal columella, we were able to improve the recessed-looking

midface area.
