they identified Bangguseoknaeman’s insecurities and, through careful discussion,

presented a makeover that addressed his concerns.

Bangguseoknaeman’s nose had a low tip and a dorsal hump that made the bridge look uneven,

which made his protruding mouth stand out even more.

After surgery, his mouth was no longer as noticeable,

and his nose was transformed into a masculine, straight line.

Looking at Bangguseoknaeman from the front,

the tip of the nose appears spread out, as if it had been pressed down,

and from the side, the bridge has a low, uneven dorsal hump,

resulting in an irregular nasal line.

�

Bangguseoknaeman has a protruding mouth,

and because the nose tip was low and looked spread out,

the protrusion of the mouth appeared even more noticeable.

To address this, we improved the columella and nasolabial angle,

transforming the nose into one that feels shorter and smaller,

while enhancing the three-dimensionality of the midface

and also helping to soften the appearance of the protruding mouth.

In the post-surgery photos, when viewed from the front,

the implant in the bridge raised the area between the eyebrows,

which had looked low, and the height of the nose tip increased,

creating a stronger sense of dimension.

Since the nose tip does not have nasal bone support like the bridge,

and therefore lacks a strong supporting structure,

costal cartilage was used to build a strong support,

creating a clear change in the nose tip.

From the side, you can see that the nose, which had been uneven because of the dorsal hump,

has become smooth and straight.

By using an implant to balance the height of the nose tip and bridge,

we created a columella and nasolabial angle suited to the face,

so that Bangguseoknaeman’s concern about his protruding mouth

would not stand out as much.
