It is a makeover solution program for women in their 20s to 30s, and among them, the story of the malicious comment collector featured in episode 3 was about a famous influencer known as the “Belly Fat Fairy,” who has 200,000 followers and works as a cosplay creator, and was struggling because of comments about her appearance.

Rhinoplasty (bridge + tip + hump correction + crooked nose correction + bulbous nose correction + alar reduction)

• To balance the overall proportions of the nose, the bridge and tip were adjusted, and hump and bulbous nose correction were performed together.

• Through CT analysis, we established an accurate direction for improvement and completed a nose line that harmonized with the patient’s desired style.

• Since the nostrils were originally asymmetrical, complete symmetry was difficult, but we designed the nose so that natural improvement would be possible.

How the alar reduction surgery helps

• When the tip of the nose looks too wide or spread out, performing alar reduction together can create a more refined impression.

• By designing the nose in a way that matched the patient’s facial proportions, we achieved a change that was not excessive and looked natural.

If you look at the photos after surgery, you can see that from the front, the silicone implant in the bridge improved the previously wide appearance, and the tip also changed through bulbous nose correction to look slimmer but not pointed.

You can also see that the wide-looking alar has become slimmer.

And from the side, you can confirm that there were major changes after surgery.

The silicone implant in the bridge improved the flat look caused by the low bridge, and by using rib cartilage to raise the columella, we were able to improve the appearance of the midface, which had looked sunken.
