Makemidol’s concern: low nasal bridge & bulbous nose causing appearance-related insecurity

She had dreamed of becoming a girl group member, but because of her appearance-related insecurities,

Makemidol almost lost confidence and gave up on her dream.ㅠㅠ

Customized rhinoplasty performed!

Rhinoplasty (implant + bulbous nose + osteotomy + nasolabial angle correction + donor rib cartilage + nostril reduction)

Through this surgery, both length and height were improved, and the nostrils were adjusted to create a sharp

and refined line!

1️⃣ Nose tip & nostril correction

*The subcutaneous tissue was refined to make the nose tip slimmer and more defined!

*The boundary between the alar lobule and the nostrils was formed naturally

*The columella length was adjusted to complete a refined nose line

*Donor rib cartilage was used to create a strong support structure, raise the nose tip, and achieve a round yet elevated shape

2️⃣ Raising the nasal bridge & creating a precise line

*Lateral osteotomy was performed to create a clear nose line from the front and side views

*Silicone implants were inserted to form a natural straight bridge line

*The nasal bridge length was adjusted to harmonize with the face

3️⃣ Nostril reduction

The width and thickness of the nostrils were reduced through external and internal incisions to complete balanced facial proportions

In addition, we helped refine the facial line with liposuction of the double chin, jawline, and front cheeks, along with thread lifting (Elastigum).

This was not simple liposuction, but a customized procedure that took skin elasticity into account,

and thread lifting pulled the skin tighter, completing a slimmer and more defined face.
