Q. What eyelid crease height is the most striking for male eye surgery?

A. Most men prefer as little exposure of the eyelid crease line as possible rather than having it clearly visible, so many prefer a low eyelid crease, that is, a hidden crease.

However, just as women have eyelid crease heights or line shapes that suit their own eyes best, the same is true for men.

There is a suitable height for each person depending on various factors such as the crease line of the skin they have, the degree of eye protrusion, the degree of skin sagging, the degree of brow bone prominence, the degree of hollowness in the upper eyelid fat area, and the extent of use of the forehead muscles.

For people with thin skin and protruding eyeballs compared with the eyelid skin or brow bone, a hidden crease line may not form well.

For people who did not originally have a crease but later developed one due to sagging skin, the ease of creating a hidden crease may vary depending on the height and depth of the skin crease line.

Also, for people who use their forehead muscles a lot and tend to open their eyes by raising their eyebrows significantly, or for people who have insufficient fat above the eyes and a lot of hollowness in the upper eyelid area,

if there is not enough volume needed to create a crease, a multiple crease line may occur.

When eye correction is performed together with male eye surgery, the amount of pupil exposure increases,
