In case 1, it is usually likely that the distance between the patient's eyes and eyebrows was narrow, so the line had to be set low.

To prevent this, it is a good idea to add endoscopic forehead lift surgery, which can increase the distance between the eyes and eyebrows.

If the distance between the eyes and eyebrows is not narrow but the line is still low, surgery to raise the line is necessary.
