Wanted a feminine, straight-but-slightly-curved line with a slim, elegant, and glamorous look.

During the consultation, the patient shared concerns and desired improvements like those above,

so we planned the elegant nose surgery with a focus on creating a slim impression from the front starting at the bridge, and a glamorous straight-but-slightly-curved line from the side.

Because eye surgery and fat grafting were also performed together, the goal was to reflect the desired look while harmonizing with the more glamorous eye appearance.

Surgical plan using silicone, autologous rib cartilage, lateral osteotomy, and partial soft tissue removal

From the side, the existing bridge was already relatively high, so using an implant for the bridge could make the glabella area too high.

In such cases, the line dropping from the forehead to the nose may become flat, or the nose line may become too long.

An implant was selected in a way that would not make the glabella excessively high.

From the front, lateral osteotomy was performed to reduce the wide appearance of the bridge, and for the tip, while removing some soft tissue,

the tip was raised with firm autologous rib cartilage to create a glamorous and slim impression.

By refining the height and shape of the tip and creating a beautiful bridge line, we completed the elegant nose surgery that matched the desired image.

A refined tip and slim side profile improved the blunt impression.

The bridge looks slim and defined from the front thanks to osteotomy.

A glamorous straight-but-slightly-curved line was completed, starting at an appropriate glabella height and extending to the tip.

Comparing before and after the elegant nose surgery, the nose was transformed in a way that preserved the strengths of the original bridge while also matching the more glamorous eye area.
