Hello, this is AB Plastic Surgery!
Today, we’re going to look at the process of transforming a low, long-looking nose into a refined nose with more dimension.
We’ll explain in detail what improvements were made while looking at the low nose rhinoplasty photos.
A nose where the blunt tip and low bridge emphasize a long midface

Post-surgery photos may differ from the actual appearance due to the shooting environment, lighting, makeup, and other factors.
Results vary from person to person, and you should confirm the procedure result that is suitable for you through an accurate consultation.
✅ The nasal tip is blunt, and the point of the tip is positioned low, creating a long appearance
✅ The wide nasal bones and low bridge make the midface look long and not very defined
✅ Desired a feminine, straight-but-slightly-raised line with a slim and refined feel
During the consultation, the patient shared the concerns and desired improvements above,
and we planned a rhinoplasty that would not look long from the front while creating a refined nose with more dimension.
To improve the masculine facial features and face shape, fat grafting and eye surgery were performed together.
Surgical plan using silicone, donated rib cartilage, improvement of the nasolabial angle and columella, lateral osteotomy, and partial soft tissue removal
From the front, the nose tip was blunt and the point was positioned low, so after appropriately removing soft tissue,
a round yet elevated point was created higher than before to make the midface appear shorter.
In addition, a lateral osteotomy was performed to improve the wide appearance of the nasal bridge into a more defined look.
From the side, the focus was on improving the dimension of the nasal bridge, the nasolabial angle, and the columella projection.
To prevent the long midface from standing out, the glabella was kept low, while the height and point of the nasal tip were clearly raised and the columella was projected appropriately.
Donated rib cartilage was used for these improvements.
As a result, the midface no longer looks long, and the nasal tip is refined while the bridge has dimension, completing a feminine straight-but-slightly-raised line.

✅ A refined nasal tip and a dimensional straight-but-slightly-raised bridge line
✅ A beautiful side profile with an appropriate nasolabial angle and columella projection
When comparing before and after low nose rhinoplasty, the long appearance of the midface was appropriately softened,
and the nose changed into a much more feminine and dimensional, attractive shape.
Consultation is the most important part of rhinoplasty
Even with the same low nose rhinoplasty, there are many factors to consider for harmony as well as the parts that need to be improved most, so accurate analysis and an appropriate plan are necessary.
Rather than worrying, we hope you will have a one-on-one consultation with an experienced plastic surgery specialist at AB Plastic Surgery and make a plan for your ideal nose.
This has been AB Plastic Surgery, creating beauty that is true to you. Thank you.
