Hello, this is AB Plastic Surgery.
Among medical professionals, there is active academic discussion about the latest surgical techniques and safety.
In connection with this, we share various research and clinical experiences in the field of facial contouring surgery.
On Wednesday, March 18, 2026, AB Plastic Surgery will host its third
"IFAAS Contouring Plastic Surgery Academic Symposium."

What is IFAAS?
IFAAS is a prestigious international academic society where outstanding medical professionals from around the world gather
to share the latest plastic surgery and aesthetic medical techniques and clinical expertise.
Director Jo Dong-pil of AB Plastic Surgery has been selected as a speaker at the IFFAS conference for three consecutive years from 2024 to 2026,
and is conducting education for overseas medical professionals on the topic of Korea's advanced facial contouring surgery lectures and live surgery.

At this symposium, based on the medical theory and anatomical understanding of contouring plastic surgery,
we will introduce a systematic approach to facial contouring surgery through precise preoperative analysis and live surgery.

The case above is an actual facial contouring surgery case from IFAAS 2024,
in which three facial contouring procedures (jaw reduction surgery + zygoma reduction + chin surgery)
were used to improve a protruding lateral cheekbone and angular square jaw line into a smoother, slimmer contour.
Before surgery, the position of the nerve line and the degree of tissue development were carefully analyzed to minimize the risk of nerve damage and nonunion.

Based on actual cases like this,
we plan to take an in-depth look at the surgical process for achieving effective facial contouring surgery results,
as well as AB Plastic Surgery's own facial contouring surgery techniques and clinical expertise.
Going forward, AB Plastic Surgery will continue to play a leading role in contributing to the development of the plastic surgery field by widely promoting the excellence of K-medical on the international academic stage,
and by actively exchanging with medical professionals around the world.
We appreciate your interest and support!
