AB Plastic Surgery announced that it successfully concluded the '2026 IFAAS (International Fellowship in Advanced Aesthetic Science) Facial Contouring International Academic Symposium,' which was held on the 18th with plastic surgeons from Korea and abroad in attendance.

The IFAAS Academic Symposium is an international forum for academic exchange where plastic surgeons from around the world share the latest aesthetic medical technologies and clinical experience. It is a global medical academic event where scholarly discussions are held every year for the development of the aesthetic surgery field and the establishment of a safe medical environment.

This IFAAS Facial Contouring International Academic Symposium was held at AB Plastic Surgery, and the academic program was carried out based on the clinical data accumulated in the field of facial contouring. At the symposium, Dr. Jo Dong-pil of AB Plastic Surgery participated as the main speaker and gave a lecture centered on advanced techniques and clinical experience in facial contouring surgery. Dr. Jo was invited as a speaker at the symposium for three consecutive years, sharing his experience and expertise in the related field.

The event included in-depth academic lectures to share the latest techniques and clinical experience in facial contouring surgery, as well as Live Surgery.

In particular, a facial contouring surgery process that analyzes the patient's skeletal structure and nerve distribution through precise 3D-CT-based diagnosis and minimizes the possibility of nerve damage was unveiled, drawing strong interest from overseas medical professionals.
