[Seoul Shinmun] AB Plastic Surgery Director Jo Dong-pil to Lecture on Facial Contouring Surgery at the IFAAS International Academic Program in August

AB Plastic Surgery announced that it will share clinical experience and the latest surgical techniques related to facial contouring surgery with medical professionals from around the world through the academic program of the international aesthetic and plastic surgery education program, “IFAAS (International Fellowship in Advanced Aesthetic Science),” taking place this August.

IFAAS is an international academic education program covering the broader field of aesthetic and plastic surgery, including facial contouring and facial plastic surgery.

It serves as an academic platform where plastic surgery professionals from around the world participate to enhance their anatomical understanding and share the latest clinical cases and technical expertise aimed at improving surgical safety.

At this year’s program, Jo Dong-pil, director of AB Plastic Surgery, will serve as a speaker in the field of facial contouring and introduce advanced surgical techniques from the Korean plastic surgery community.

Director Jo has been officially invited as a speaker in the facial contouring section of IFAAS for three consecutive years since 2024, earning recognition for his academic expertise.

Jo Dong-pil, director of AB Plastic Surgery, said, “In facial contouring surgery, ensuring safety based on extensive clinical experience and anatomical understanding is of the utmost importance. We will continue to participate in international academic programs, including IFAAS, share the clinical competitiveness of facial contouring surgery with medical professionals around the world, and expand academic exchange.”

Meanwhile, AB Plastic Surgery also conducted a lecture and live surgery demonstration at the recently held “2026 IFAAS International Symposium on Facial Contouring,” sharing the clinical experience and surgical expertise of Korean facial contouring surgery with medical professionals worldwide.
