AB Plastic Surgery will host the “IFAAS (International Federation for Adipose Therapeutics and Science) International Lifting Academic Symposium” this coming August.
This symposium is part of the IFAAS program that AB Plastic Surgery has continued for three consecutive years since it was first held in 2024.
Through advanced surgical technique training covering major areas of plastic surgery, the program has shared clinical experience and the latest medical technologies with medical professionals from around the world.
IFAAS is an international academic symposium where medical professionals from various countries gather to exchange the latest techniques and clinical expertise.
The program focuses on introducing the latest medical technologies, building global networks, and providing practical training based on live surgery. It is regarded as an authoritative international academic program in the fields of plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine.
In particular, AB Plastic Surgery is rare among plastic surgery clinics in Korea in hosting IFAAS independently for three consecutive years. It has established itself as a global education hub where medical professionals from overseas visit in person to learn surgical techniques. Medical professionals from various countries, including Japan, Australia, and Taiwan, participated in lectures and practical programs at previous symposia.
At the lifting symposium scheduled for this August, Dr. Jeong Yeon-woo, director of AB Plastic Surgery, will serve as a speaker and share his clinical experience and technical expertise in lifting and facelift procedures. Dr. Jeong will personally conduct lectures and live surgery sessions for the participating medical professionals and introduce advanced lifting techniques centered on actual clinical cases.
Dr. Jeong Yeon-woo, director of AB Plastic Surgery, said, “The educational program accumulated through hosting IFAAS for three consecutive years demonstrates that AB Plastic Surgery’s techniques are receiving international recognition. I hope this symposium will be a meaningful opportunity to share more advanced lifting techniques and safety standards with medical professionals from around the world.”
