Hello.
Today, we’ve prepared the BEST 7 questions
that many people are curious about
regarding breast reduction.

First question!
Q) I’m curious whether the director
performs the surgery personally!

A) Of course!
Breast reduction is a procedure with a very
high degree of difficulty and requires know-how
and experience, so proxy surgery cannot be done.

Second question!
Q) Can breast reduction bring the size down to an A cup?

A) Of course, if we wanted to, we would like to make it an A cup,
but we cannot ignore shape and safety.
Because everyone has a different chest width
and circulation must be considered,
breast reduction is not simply about removing as much tissue as possible.
Within a safe range, it is important to reduce it to a smaller size
while creating a beautiful shape that suits the individual’s body type.

Third question!
Q) Can the areola be made in a shape other than round?

Q) A round areola shape is the most natural.
If a zigzag border such as waves or a star shape is formed,
it can look quite awkward.
This is not just a matter of shape,
but because the boundary with the skin looks unnatural,
so forming a natural border is important.

Fourth question!
Q) Would it be better to have surgery after it sags more,
or is it better to do it now?

A) Usually, people think this way,
but more people than expected end up regretting that they waited too long.
Of course, surgery does not mean it will never sag again,
but as the weight decreases, sagging also decreases significantly.
Sagging does not happen suddenly; it gradually sags again as you age,
but in reality, it is extremely rare to have the procedure again later.

Fifth question!
Q) After surgery, is there also a possibility that the sutured area could burst if strength is applied?

A) The mammary gland tissue is loosely connected to the chest muscles.
Because of that, the chance of the sutured area bursting from exertion is quite low.
However, we recommend avoiding excessive stretching immediately after surgery
and waiting until one month later.

Sixth question!
Q) If a drainage bag is not attached, could blood come out through the nipple?

A) There is no such possibility.
If blood has collected in the operated area,
it is not directly connected to the milk ducts,
and even if a small amount of blood has collected, it will be naturally absorbed.
Any remaining blood can still be monitored through routine ultrasound follow-up,
so there is no need to worry.

Final question!
Q) I’m curious whether scars will naturally fade later,
or whether laser treatment is needed.

A) Scars have a different texture from normal skin,
and the goal is not to remove them,
but to make them less noticeable.
Laser treatment can be very helpful,
but it is difficult to erase scars like using an eraser.
So you can think of a shorter incision line and a shorter recovery time
as being advantageous for scarring.
