Hello.
Today, we will take some time to look at cases in which revision surgery is performed after an inverted-T incision.

As shown in the photo,
when sagging occurs after surgery
and the breast takes on a square shape,
this is called a box breast.
An inverted-T incision is made along the patient’s
lower breast fold,
so the area with the scar on the inner side of the breast
can be considered the original inframammary fold.

This refers to a case in which sagging occurs below the scar,
causing the position of the inframammary fold to shift
and making the scar more noticeable.

Before revision surgery,
Doppler ultrasound is used
to check the blood circulation in the nipple.

With a vertical incision surgery,
we removed the excess stretched skin from the lower area
to improve sagging,
and raised the nipple position again.
