Hello.
Today, I’d like to introduce a case of a patient who visited the clinic for revision surgery because she was dissatisfied after areolar incision breast reduction surgery.

At the time of the first surgery, she was very concerned about scarring, so she underwent areolar incision surgery. After the surgery, the nipple position was moved, but the size did not decrease as much as she wanted, and the shoulder pain remained, so she visited the clinic.

With areolar incision, not much tissue can be removed, so the amount of tissue removed during areolar incision breast reduction is small. Therefore, during revision surgery, blood circulation to the nipple is relatively less of a concern.

After confirming the blood vessels branching to the nipple using Doppler ultrasound, the improvement was performed.

Through vertical incision surgery, the sagging tissue in the lower part was removed, and the fullness on the side of the breast was finished off with liposuction.
